When a company joins the Arx family, Chris works closely with leadership teams to refine their vision, accelerate growth, and create meaningful opportunities for people.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Chris began his journey at just 14 as a self-employed woodsman and firewood cutter. He went on to bootstrap and scale multiple successful B2B businesses in insurance, retirement services, and administration. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, driven exceptional growth, and created countless leadership opportunities—always prioritizing people and culture alongside business success.

Following the acquisition of his firm in 2014, Chris joined a private equity-backed business to lead the expansion of their West Region. Under his leadership, the region experienced tenfold growth through a dual strategy of strategic acquisitions and industry-leading organic growth.

His success in leading the West Region led to his appointment as Executive Vice President of Organic Growth, working with the CEO, COO, and Board of Directors. In this role, he was responsible for shaping and executing the company’s national growth strategy, fostering leadership development, and driving a threefold increase in organic growth.
