At Arx Capital Partners, we invest in founder-led, owner-led, and closely held companies that prioritize post-acquisition outcomes. Our mission is to add value, create opportunities for teams, develop leaders, and respect the culture and legacy established by current ownership. We partner with sellers who care deeply about what happens after the close, prioritizing organizational stability and nurturing longstanding relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and their community. We especially value partnerships with sellers who wish to stay invested at 15% or more, enabling them to continue benefiting from the success of their legacy while participating in our shared commitment to growth.

Financials:

Target EBITDA (or “Seller’s Discretionary Earnings”): $1M to $3M
Target Revenue: < $50M
